- Renters misrepresenting a pet as a service animal may be subject to account suspension and applicable fees.
5. Accommodations for Disabilities
Navo will make reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to access and use the Platform. If you require an accommodation, please contact us at support@rentnavo.com.
6. Reporting Violations
If you believe you have experienced discrimination on the Navo platform, please report it immediately through the Navo app or by contacting support@rentnavo.com. We will investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action, up to and including account suspension.
7. Consequences
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Account warning or suspension.
- Permanent account termination.
- Forfeiture of pending payouts (for Hosts).
- Reporting to law enforcement where conduct constitutes a violation of applicable civil rights laws.
8. Legal Compliance
Navo complies with all applicable anti-discrimination laws, including Title II of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Fair Housing Act (where applicable), and Illinois Human Rights Act.
