Create your listing
Enter your VIN and we’ll fill in your car’s make, model, and year. Add photos, set your pickup area, and choose your rules — mileage allowance, cancellation policy, and advance notice. Most hosts finish in about 5 minutes, and you can edit anything later.

Set your price
Set your daily rate — what you list is what you make. Renters see one all-in price (your rate + tax + their trip protection). Add weekly or monthly discounts and a daily mileage limit. You decide whether to auto-accept trips or review each request.

Get verified — list now, verify later
You can publish right away. Before your first trip, submit your driver’s license and connect your payout account (Stripe). Our team reviews every host’s ID so renters book with confidence.

Renters book — verified & insured
Every renter on Navo has their driver’s license reviewed by our team before their trip, and purchases rental protection through our partner Bonzah at checkout. You’re notified of each request, can message renters in-app, and stay in control of which trips you accept.

Check-in & handoff
Check-in opens 24 hours before the trip: the renter submits their license and photographs the car’s condition. Meet them in person or arrange a contactless handoff — it’s your call.

Get paid
After the trip ends and the return is confirmed, your earnings pay out to your connected account — you keep 100% of your rate during launch (subject to change). Great trips earn reviews that build your host reputation.

Trust and protection

Every renter’s license is reviewed by our team before their trip can start, and each trip is covered by rental protection through our partner Bonzah, purchased by the renter at checkout. Combined with in-app messaging and Navo support, the goal is simple: safer trips and peace of mind for hosts.
